Tochio-age, a specialty of Niigata Prefecture, is three times larger than regular fried tofu! Tochio-age is fried twice in low-temperature and high-temperature oil to make the inside fluffy and hearty, and is our most popular menu item.

Soba is a local dish originating from the Uonuma region of Niigata Prefecture. The soba noodles are made with seaweed called nuno-nori as a binding agent, and are characterized by their smooth texture and firmness. Our soba is shipped directly from Kojimaya in Nagaoka every day.

Charcoal-grilled and juicy
Our specialties are fish and meat slowly cooked over a charcoal fire that can be seen from the counter. We offer a wide range of dishes such as homemade Tsukune, Niigata brand Asahi pork, and oily fish.
